Introduction
Stakeholders include experts such as suppliers and debt issues. They go beyond is the matter is commonly known as boardrooms or corporate meetings. Dealing with external stakeholders within an organization can be tricky as the real experts are not on the ground. This is why undergraduates who have a major in business or economics need to have a 2-year Master's degree program in Financial Management to start Ph.D.
Stakeholders are based on financial statements in order to determine the strength of the organization. Bank lenders, as well as other business suppliers, fall under the group of external stakeholders. Their earnings are directly proportional to the strength of the organization from a financial perspective. Students under this course will be taught how to identify stakeholders, ways of reporting and handling organizational risks, carry out in-depth stakeholder analysis, submitting financial reports among other sensitive duties. Students will be exposed to complete accounting information, which usually helps to come up with candid financial decisions. Professionals also learn how to evaluate the performance of the organization, profitability, the viability of given investments, or how to come up with any action in the future depending on the state of the organization.
