The curriculum of the Program creates a logical structure with an increasing level of advancement. It also integrates additional development activities in order to strengthen the learning outcomes.
The International Executive MBA program is based on 4 pillars:
1. Key business issues
The first pillar includes a compendium of knowledge and skills, constituting the foundation of professional management, essential to succeed in any career. It includes subjects such as Strategic Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, International Law, Ethics and CSR, Process Management, Team Management, and Organizational Behavior.
2. Specialist and advanced issues
Courses delivered in this pillar allow to go deeper into some of the disciplines covered in the first pillar and put forward a few new areas, depending on the participant’s personal interests. They include some obligatory courses and electives, including courses at Executive MBA programs of partnering foreign universities. The pillar includes courses such as Advanced Financial Management, Digital Marketing, Global Business, Innovative Leader – Innovative Team, or Project Management.
3. Business challenges
These are activities focused on analyzing complex business challenges and making managerial decisions. They develop a holistic view of management problems and dilemmas. They combine various, interdependent areas of knowledge and business competencies. As part of this pillar, participants learn good management practices during visits to companies, implement team projects, solve real business dilemmas (live cases), and meet business practitioners and inspiring leaders.
4. PROLider Personal Development Program
Leadership is the key to effective management. PROLider is a series of personalized development activities carried out during the Executive MBA program. Their objective is to support the personal development of participants through the identification of their potential and the provision of professional support in the implementation of individual development plans. Key elements of the PROLider program – 360-degree feedback, MindSonar®, coaching sessions, and action plans – allow participants to get to know their strengths and weaknesses and determine the optimal path of development.
