Childhood pedagogy is a field with a very high social status. Of particular importance are, among other things, early education in day care centers and rapid expansion
All-day schools, the discourse about healthy and safe growing up as well as the goal to compensate for disadvantages and to create equal opportunities for all children. The earlier children are encouraged and families are advised and supported, the sooner the foundation is given for offering children good development opportunities. Mindfulness, patience and love are therefore part of the essence of childhood education, which makes it one of the most important and most worthwhile courses in our society. The aim is to take into account the different living conditions and life plans of families and to support educational institutions in opening up to family concerns.
Students in the Childhood Education degree program are awarded the title "State-recognized Childhood Educator" if they successfully complete the Pedagogy of Early Childhood I + II practical projects.
State recognition is mandatory if you want to work as a childhood educator in a state institution, such as an urban daycare center. In addition, many independent organizations also require state recognition for employment as a childhood educator. We therefore recommend that you complete the practical projects and apply for state recognition.
